This section of the website provides detailed information on a wide range of walking routes, suitable for all those keen to explore The Mersey Forest's beautiful scenery - from families to the most experienced walker. Each route has its own accessibility star classification, with five stars being the most accessible for people with disabilities.

 

 

To begin, choose a difficulty category. All routes in that category will be displayed and can be selected to show more details including a map and directions. These are available to print as a handy Route Pack that can be taken with you on your walk (although we do recommend that you always take the relevant Ordnance Survey map as well).
